- Joined
Mercury Finance Corp. in October 1988 as collector.
- Was
promoted to Operations Manager to oversee the consumer
loan department.
- Transferred
to Las Vegas in late 1993. Promoted to Branch Manager
in 1994 where branch was consistently in the top 5 branches
in the company (out of over 300 branches).
- Left
Mercury Finance in 1995 to manage a branch for Sunstar
Acceptance. Again, branch was on one the highest producing
branches in the company. In mid 1997 Sunstar closed its
doors in a corporate downsize.
- Rejoined
Mercury Finance where principle responsibilities were
to develop business, sign new dealers, and expand into
markets out of the area.
- Successfully
opened markets in northern Arizona, Seattle, Portland,
Phoenix, San Diego, Reno, and Sacramento, while maintaining
high volume in the Las Vegas market.
- Due
to the effects of 9/11, the sub-prime auto finance industry
took a big loss and Mercury Finance was sold to a competitor
in early 2002.
- Relocated
to Kenosha, Wisconsin in October 2002 to take a position
of Area Manager for QC Financial, dba National Quik Cash.
- After
spending 3 years in the Payday Loan Industry returned
to the Auto Finance business at CitiFinancial Auto.
